Cinematographer and photographer who is a graduate of the Cinematography Department at the Film School in Łódź, the Academy of Photography in Warsaw and the Academy of Film and Television. Member of Polish Society of Cinematographers PSC .
The film "The Bridge" directed by Izumi Yoshida, cinematography by Jan Paweł Trzaska won - Grand Prix - George Lucas Award at the Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia Tokyo, Japan, 2023 and as well award for the best short film at the same festival. These awards placed "The Bridge" on the long list of films eligible for an Oscar 2023.
Jan’s latest project is advertising campaign ‘better on a better mobile network' for the Telstra telecommunication network. From the agency Bear Meets Eagle On Fire, produced by Revolver and directed by Jeff Low, ranked No. 5 in a prestigious Televisual top 10 directors list.
